We set the plan and priorities, monitor deadlines, handle communication with suppliers and the team, and provide you with a clear overview and decisions to make. You don’t need to chase suppliers, put out fires or attend every status meeting. This relieves you of the day-to-day workload. You gain predictable implementations, detailed reports with analysis, and tangible growth in e-commerce and web applications.
In a standard collaboration with a Project Manager, we usually take on part of the responsibilities: planning, monitoring the schedule and, in some cases, handling certain technical communications with external parties. With Project Leadership, we go further: we manage all communication (not just technical), coordinate all suppliers and the client’s team, engage partners, set the direction (roadmap, priorities, KPIs) and take responsibility for the outcome, not just the tasks. In other words, a Project Manager organises the work, while a Product Leader takes full initiative.
If you have your own developers or a contract with an external software house, we focus solely on leading and coordinating the project: planning, priorities, communication, quality, implementations and KPIs. You decide the scope. We can also handle programming and UX (which is often the case), but this is not a requirement of the service.
Project Leadership is available for new and ongoing projects. For ongoing ones, we join mid-course: evaluate the current situation, stabilise critical areas and manage coordination of current goals and development. For new projects, we perform a short analysis, establish objectives and roadmap, choose executors and define a clear work process.
We usually charge on an hourly basis (no fixed subscription), with a standard notice period of one month. The rate depends on the scope and team composition, and we provide it before starting along with an estimated number of hours. We believe collaboration should be based on real value and willingness to continue, not just contractual obligation.
Yes. A fixed project lead and a dedicated technical consultant support you, offering guidance on architecture, integrations, performance and security as required. We maintain a steady workflow and arrange cover if anyone is absent.
