Parkingi.pl is a service that allows quick and convenient booking and payment of parking spaces at airports across Poland. Users can complete a reservation in just three steps using the intuitive mobile app.

Introduction

The Parkingi.pl team approached us to improve mobile accessibility. While the website was functional, users wanted faster access to bookings without opening a browser. Our task was to develop a web view mobile app that maintained the same simple three-step booking process. The implementation brought measurable benefits:

  • Shorter time to complete a reservation

  • More intuitive platform usage

Implementation Process

We focused on making the app simple, fast, and intuitive. Detailed tests were conducted across devices, refining each stage of the user journey from installation through booking and payment. The goal was a mobile app available on Google Play and the App Store, offering full Parkingi.pl functionality on smartphones and tablets. Maintaining responsiveness and reliable performance in a mobile environment was essential.

We also implemented analytics tools to collect valuable user data, enabling Parkingi.pl to develop the app based on real usage insights. The new mobile app represents a step towards faster, more convenient access to the service without compromising functionality.
