Implementation process
We began by documenting the functionality specification for the online shop, which allowed us to define the target scope of features and integrations for the project. It was crucial to ensure the availability of the functionalities that the Glasset team had previously used to manage orders in the old system. We then focused on adapting the visual theme to Glasset's brand identity. We consulted with the Glasset team throughout the project to discuss progress at every stage and ensure the solution matched their expectations as closely as possible.
We paid particular attention to replicating the key functionalities that had been used in the previous SaaS system. At the same time, we implemented new functionalities that were missing from the existing solution, adapting them to the needs of the Glasset team.
We implemented a range of integrations in the shop to streamline order management and customer service processes. The changes introduced have had a positive impact on the efficiency of the Glasset team and the convenience of the shop's users.
