Forless is a solution for businesses looking for a simple way to increase their base of loyal customers. The core idea behind Forless was to create a fully functional loyalty program that is exceptionally quick and easy to use. With Forless, customers can collect points when purchasing products or services and redeem them for discounts.
Introduction
Forless.cloud approached us with a clear challenge. Traditional loyalty solutions, such as paper stamps or stickers, were inconvenient, difficult to manage and offered little flexibility. At the same time, building a bespoke mobile application required an investment that was not feasible for many small and medium-sized businesses.
Our goal was to design a modern, accessible loyalty program that could be launched quickly, used intuitively and scaled without high upfront costs.
Forless.cloud addresses these challenges by offering an alternative solution. The platform provides a flexible and customisable loyalty programme system that requires no printing of stickers or stamps and stores all data in the cloud. This allows businesses to enjoy the benefits of modern customer rewards without the need for significant investment in a dedicated app.
Implementation process
From the outset, we focused on simplicity and ease of use. We assumed that neither business owners nor customers would accept complex forms or lengthy configuration processes. Registration was therefore reduced to the minimum, allowing companies to start using the loyalty program almost immediately.
Customers collect points by regularly using a company’s services and later redeem them for discounts. Each business independently defines how many points are required and what discount value they represent. Discounts are redeemed using a one-time code generated in the Forless app. The entire process works without sharing personal data, which increases both security and user trust.
Summary
The application is available as a web version and on mobile (Android & iOS). Each business sets its own rules for awarding discounts, determining how many points are needed and the value of the discount they can be exchanged for. Customers collect and redeem points by entering a code generated in their Forless app. No personal data is shared between businesses. Users can add an unlimited number of loyalty cards from companies using Forless to their account. Thanks to its combination of simplicity and functionality, it can be used in almost any industry, such as beauty, hairdressing, gastronomy and many others.
